    December 2019 - Present
During the holiday season, I wanted to help out my community because we were recovering from a devastating natural disaster. It was Christmas time, so I wanted to focus on giving and not receiving. Having the ability to impact someone in a positive way is one of the most fulfilling feelings in life. Thus, my friend and I created a non-profit organization that helps local homeless shelters. People donate their household products to Project Give and we turn them into local homeless shelters. Shelters aren't in need of clothes or coats. They need paper towels, cutlery, napkins, paper plates, Clorox wipes, and volunteers. My organization provides all of that and more. If you want to donate or help out my community, I will gladly accept it.

    City of Ruston
    April 2019 - Present
As previously mentioned, my town, Ruston, underwent the worst natural disaster in recent history for that region. My town was attacked by multiple and intense tornadoes. The devastation afterward left me speechless. My High school was ruined. I was out of school for weeks. My friends’ houses were completely destroyed. A kid from our school died in that storm. During this time of pain and suffering, I got to work. I did literally everything in my power to help out my community. Thankfully I wasn’t affected by the storm directly, so I could focus on others. That was the most life-changing volunteer service I have ever done. Seeing someone lose everything, is a very humbling experience.
