History
For the past four years, I have volunteered at a food bank in Nashville. Once a year, my school would take us to the food bank where we would sort food, package, and send supplies out to the people in need.
I have also been on a mission trip, in 2019, to Belize with a group from my school. It was a 10-day trip, and it was the best thing that happened to me (spiritually). In Belize, we built a building for the doctors and nurses to sleep, shower, and get ready in. I was also able to connect with some students at the school nearby.
This year I volunteered to help in Nashville. A tornado had gone through and destroyed many homes, vehicles, and even took some people's lives. We walked around picking up debris, and we even got a car out of a shed/garage that had collapsed on it.
