Additional Info
During the Summer I had the opportunity to study abroad when I received a scholarship to a program called SummerFuel. I spent 3 weeks at Oxford University in the UK studying Law and Society and International Business while visiting museums and historical sights such as castles and the royal palace.
This past fall I was elected the President of the Boy's Club of New York Youth Council. Some of duties as president are helping youth members to gain and illustrate leadership skills within and outside of the clubhouse. Along with leading seasonal meetings and discussions with members from all 3 clubhouses. Really being an older brother and a mentor to the younger club members.
Employment History
Over the summer of 2015 and 2016, I served as a Boys Club of New York Summer Super Heroes Counselor. My job consisted of reinforcing the importance of gaining and improving crucial reading skills and vocabulary to Boys Club Members ages 6-9 and serving as a mentor and role model to the children. I also assisted in critical learning activities by using superheroes as a motivation, always showing up on time, always in uniform, very punctual, respectful, and took direction.

History
Over the summer I spent time as extra support at the office for Councilman I. Daneek Miller, Summer 2017. I filed community complaints and orders into their computer system, filed paperwork, answered the phone, and ran errands for the office. During school, I am a Wilbraham and Monson Academy Gold Key Tour Guide for incoming student and parents. I gave them tours of the campus while giving them information about the academy hopefully persuading them to attend the school. I also volunteered as a teen mentor for young boys on summer field day for the Boys Club of New York in 2015. Some other volunteer work follows as:
