Throughout all my years of school I have passed all my courses with a C+ or higher including AP and honors courses like AP Chemistry, AP English Literature, AP English Language and Composition, Honors Biology, Accelerated Mathematics 1 and 2, and Honors Chemistry, among others.

In middle school I was part of the honors gate program for two years in seventh and eighth grade.

I have been a part of the club Theatre Company at my high school since my freshman year. my junior year I was voted onto the Theatre Company board as secretary. Now as a senior I am currently the Theatre Company President of the club. I help host events, manage field trips, manage where the club money is spent, and help coordinate school productions as well as fundraisers.
History
As a member of theatre company, I am part of, and now host, the annual Electronic Waste Drive at a local park. People from all around the neighborhood bring their electronic waste to the park. As voluenteers, we organize the electronics into categotries and load them into trucks where they are disposed of properly. In addition, through my local Catholic church, Saint Stevens, I have participated in their food drive three years in a row. We are required to donate food as well as organize the foods into different categories. Lastly we make food packages for different families that include all the necessary food groups. Finally, the packages are distributed to needy families.

Electronic waste like old televsions and microwaves are harmful to the enviornment because they contain toxic material like lead and arsenic that can leak into the soil and water supply is dumped into landfills. These toxic materials are not only harmful to humans but also to plants and animals affecting the entire ecosystem. Through electronic waste drives like the one my club hosts proper dissposal can prevent futhur pollution in our city of Monterey Park.
