My full-ride scholarship did not cover summer courses and summer 2017 I took summer courses. Therefore, I have a large bill and unable to enroll. I have 27 credits left to receive my degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I became a member of the Phi Iota chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated on April 21, 2017.

Most of my community service has been done through organizations. From the years of 2013-2016, I have been apart of the black student government on campus and have done March for Dimes twice with them and sent donations to Open Door Admission whenever there was a drive.
I helped build a house with Habitat for Humanity and with my scholarship program in the Omaha area.
I helped organize a baby shower (an event where people come and donate prenatal and natal care for first-time moms) with my sorority Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
