Education History
I am a current Senior attending West Davidson High School. Through the past two years, I have been taking the majority of my classes at my local community college - Davidson County Community College. In doing so, I will graduate with my Associates in Science in May of 2020 before I graduate high school in June of 2020.
Awards
Through my education years, I have been awarded many of the academic awards through my school. This could mean anything from A-on-a-roll to making the Dean's List through the Community College. Furthermore, I have been/am apart of extracurricular activities due to my excelling academic career. These include AIG, Beta Club, as well as being a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Additional Info
My plans for the future are to attend the University of North Carolina State or the University of North Carolina A&T in pursuit of a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. From there I will hopefully attend Graduate School to pursue my Masters in Mechanical Engineering at either Wake Forest University or Duke University.
Awards
Through my Soccer Team at my High School, I have been awarded All-Regional 3 times as well as gained the Coaches Award and Defender Award.
History
I have been volunteering at many of my local Elementary Schools for the past 5 years. In doing so, I was able to help many teachers organize their classrooms and lesson plans, as well as be involved with the children when possible.
Additional Info
During the year of 2018, I began working on a memorial for my class. Through the years, we have mourned the deaths of 7 of our classmates. To honor and remember them, I wanted to do something special. With the help of my classmates' donations, I was able to hold a small memorial at the front of my High School that I will continuously go back and monitor even after I graduate.
