History
1) Short-term Missionary to Romania – June-August 2016, camp counselor for a children’s high-ropes adventure camp in an old coal mining town serving underprivileged children, helped prepare and participate in a literacy event, visit an orphanage to read and do crafts with the children
2) Organized and Hosted a Charity Dinner and Silent Auction for Impact missionaries – January – May 2018, raised over $1600, overseeing 20 volunteers with over 100 people attending
3) Mural Artist – July 2015, alongside Cuban Artist Pedro Pulido and local Artist MB Hanrahan, honored to help paint “Havana to Ventura” Mural in downtown Ventura, CA
4) Missions Committee Leader at Orchard Community Church – September 2015 – 2019, create awareness events and fund raise monies for organizations that support needs locally and internationally
5) Youth Director Selection Committee Member – September 2017 – June 2018, one of two teens chosen to be part of the committee, tasked with creating pertinent interview questions, analyzed applicant resumes, interviewed candidates and helped make final decision
6) Aerialist and Dancer for Community Shows – August 2015 – June 2017, choreographed my own routines as part of a larger interconnected show, three separate community shows twice a year as well as an outdoor show in collaboration with Ventura Art Walk, trained six days a week for approximately 17 hours per week
7) Girl Scout Troop 60186 member – nine years, August 2008 – July 2017, created Troop logo, led weekend camps for younger girls, flag ceremonies participant, World Thinking Day organizer, complimentary gift wrap station at Barnes and Noble, helped paint mural on E.P. Foster Library children’s’ entrance, sang to nursing home residents, decorated Rose Parade floats and many other events
8) Vacation Bible School Leader and Set Designer – summers 2015 – 2018, plan, create, and build the set weeks before camp and then guide and care for a group of young children during camp weeks
