Education History
I completed my high school education at Greene County High School. This was a great place to grow up and learn. Because this was a small town I had the opportunity to try many different things organizations, and classes our school had to offer. After I found I really enjoyed agriculture I decided to further my education at Iowa State University. I am now currently pursuing a degree in agronomy. I also have a passion for agricultural policy and law, so my second major is agriculture and society.

Community Service
History
My biggest community service has come through my time in the Church. Through my church I have been on two mission trips. In these mission trips I traveled to Montana to build cabins on the Blackfeet Indian reservation. Also through my years of 4-H and FFA I have been in many community service projects, from teaching kids about agriculture, to donating gifts to those who can't afford them at Christmas.
