For the majority of my Junior year, I worked part-time at a vegan cafe downtown Buffalo on Elmwood called Root and Bloom. I’ve been vegan myself for almost 3 years and every second has been wonderful. This lifestyle has opened my eyes to not only the meat and dairy industries but the world we live in. I believe it’s exceedingly important to spread a little knowledge on my beliefs to other people hoping maybe in the slightest bit I would cause some impact on the way they view things. Even the smallest changes can cause huge impacts.
