Education History
I was homeschooled from preschool through 12th grade. My homeschool experience was a combination of home-study, co-op classes, online high school and college courses. Homeschooling was an amazing experience which allowed me to pursue many different opportunities including study abroad and volunteer work.

History
• Throughout high school, I was a caregiver for several of my family members who suffer from many different health problems such as Dementia and a Pain Processing Disorder. On top of school, I was a full-time caregiver and I was available on a 24/7 basis to provide care such as physical comfort, nutrition, safety and rehabilitation from medical procedures and surgeries.
• Additionally, I volunteered at an organization called Pacific Northwest Leadership Camp. This organization provides an annual summer camp for girls grades 5th through 9th. I volunteered as a camp counselor for 2 years and was responsible for a cabin of 8-12 girls. I helped organize activities, create educational talks, and ensure the safety and well-being of my campers.
• I have also volunteered with an event put on by Carroll College Campus Ministry, called Service Saturday. This event is held once a month, on a Saturday, and provides opportunities for Carroll College students to volunteer in the Helena community. These opportunities can range from helping at a homeless shelter or an elderly care facility, or assisting at a soup kitchen, or helping plant a community garden. One of the volunteer opportunities I helped with was at a nursing home where we spent time with the residents while at breakfast with them, and then we set up an activity which was balloon volleyball. The residents loved it, and it was amazing to see how much joy some balloons and a net could give to these people.
