Education History
I'm currently attending high school as a senior and have completed two AP courses (AP US History and AP Language and Composition) from last year as a junior. I am in the process of completing two more this year--AP Literature and AP US Government and Politics.
Awards
I've received awards congratulating my hard work and achievement in marching band over the course of five years, but especially so this year as a color guard section leader. I've been recognized for my academic achievement as well as for my efforts in classes like Global 10 and the visual arts.

• I've been recognized at a school board meeting as well as a student government meeting for completing a mural that was placed in my high school's cafeteria.
• My art has also been on display throughout the school as well as at the local art showcase called ArtSplash.
Additional Info
I used to play the viola in my school's symphonic (upper level) orchestra.
I'm in the process of creating another mural with two other students for the school's English department.
History
I volunteer where I can, at my Churches festivals and at a yearly event called Santaland that has fun activities for kids to celebrate Christmas. When my schedule allows it, I will also participate in events like spaghetti dinners and science nights that help the school district.
