Education History
The lowest grade I ever received was a B and a B+ in the first and second semester of my freshamn year in my English Honors class. Ever since then, however, I have never received a grade lower than an A and have managed to keep a number of my classes' grades,for both semesters, at an A+
Awards
• I was on the honor roll my freshman year and the principal's list every year since then.
• My freshman year I received the scholar-athlete award
• I received the Social Studies Department Award and the Math Department Award my junior year
• I received the English Department Award my senior year
Additional Info
During the summer of 2018, between my sophomore and junior year, I attended a week long leadership and engineering conference at UC Berkeley with the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC)
History
• I've worked as a bell ringer for the salvation army in 2018
• I worked at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in July of 2019
• I helped with the setup of numerous youth fitness events, for example the local "fun runs" that took place at either of the two local schools
• I helped to clean and maintain local hiking trails
• I helped to clean the local Uvas Creek twice during their annual "creek cleanup"
• I helped to set up and work the harvest festivals at two of the local elementary schools
• I participated in active shooter training with the Gilroy police department
• I helped organize my school's library and book room during summer break
• I worked as a food server during my school's football game
• I supervised children's activity groups and helped to clean up after an event at the local Miller Red Barn
