Meg Wortley attended elementary school at Grace Lutheran through Pre-3 through 5th grade. After this she went to Saint John the Baptist Middle School through 8th grade, and on to Juan Diego for High School.
Awards
She received the Mother Teresa of Calcutta Award at the end of the eighth grade, and has been on the honor role from 7th through the 10th grade.

In addition, Meg Wortley is a member of her school's Senate, an hour role student, and is currently applying to be a Student Ambassador and Senate member for the upcoming school year.

Meg is the president of the Cinema Club, and has received an award for television production in the 9th grade.

While Meg was a Freshman, the cinema club was made up of only Seniors. This caused a problem for her the next year, as she basically started all from scratch with the club.
Awards
Captain of the volleyball team, and the MVP award for JV volleyball during the 2014-2015 school year, and the starting setter spot on an Elite team through Aces Athletics, located in Lehi Utah.

Meg has recently gone to the Colorado crossroads tournament, and made it all the way to the championship game.
Community Service
History
• Meg Wortley created a service project when she was in the seventh grade to help out her close family friend who worked at a poor school. She collected the unwanted but still usable school supplies from the classmates at the end of the year, and donated them to Redwood Elementary school. She has been doing this for three years now, and plans to continue it out through high school. Through this whole project she has collected over $25,000 worth of school supplies that have greatly helped this school over the years.
• Meg is also involved in her church's youth group, where they have traveled many places helping the community. Her favorite experience so far is when she went to Idaho and helped paint a man's house for him. This man's dream was to restore his 1820's house back to its original beauty, but was getting to old to do it himself. Meg and a small crew got together and painted the man's huge 30 foot house within a matter of a week.
