Education History
• I studied in Syria until 10th grade, took classes in science, math, history, geography, and some languages (Arabic, French and English).
• In the middle of 10th grade, my family and I came to the Unites States, I went to Salisbury Senior High School in Allentown, PA. I was enrolled in all the CORE classes, in addition to some honors science classes.
• Reaching my senior year in high school, I applied to many colleges but decided to come to Moravian College. Here, I am majoring in Biochemistry and minoring in Business Management. I am still a freshman but I have my plan ready.
Awards
• When I was in Salisbury High School, I received The Robert R. Gross III “Never Give Up” Award, for being a well-rounded student.
• I also received the president’s scholarship when applying to Moravian College.
Additional Info
I am bilingual in Arabic and English.
Outside of school, I spend most of my time at the St. George Orthodox Church in Allentown, PA. I was a member of the teen SOYO group, which is for high schoolers, I am still a member of their musical (marching) band, I play the drums.
