At the summer camp, I had a schedule similar to that of a regular school year. I attended six different classes that were assigned to me. In the camp, each person was put in a different group. I was in the Human, Health and Disease group. The classes that I was assigned were related to my grade level and the classes I have already taken in school as well as the group that I was in.
In the Teton Science School, there were multiple activities that the coordinators planned, that helped with team building and confidence.

• Involved with Trekk for Light, leading blind people on hikes in the mountains.

While volunteering at Big Horn Senior Citizen Center I act as a companion to the seniors so they feel noticed and welcomed.
Trekk for Light is a group that gets blind people and people to lead them and we take this group into the mountains for a week. During this week we hike on trails from 8 am - 4 pm in the day.
